THE HAGSTROM SUPER VIKING IS A SEMI ACOUSTIC GUITAR WITH A SET NECK AND COIL TAPPED PICKUPS.
Semi hollow guitars are extremely versatile. Thanks to the body construction of the Hagstrom Super Viking you can play pretty much any style of music on it. From jazz to blues and rock to metal. The body features a black finish on a contoured ply construction. A Canadian Hard Maple neck is set into the body. The neck features a 25.5 inch scale length. A little longer than the traditional 24 3/4 inches. This helps the sonic performance of the Viking. Great also when you need to drop the tuning. Fitted with two H-50’C humbucker pickups they are also coil tapped. Capable of a wide range of musical styles. The coil tap is activated with push/pull tone pots.
The Hagstrom Super Viking in Black is a great modern take on a classic design. It’s got looks and performance.
