The original version of this excellent portable amplifier can be seen all over the streets and stages. Why? It sounds great with exceptional build quality and a great range of features. A favorite among buskers everywhere and those who want a portable, mini PA System. The Roland CUBE Street EX now comes with 50 watts of stereo power and an increased number of channels. The dual woofers and tweeters are perfect for delivering increased but clean volume to a larger crowd. As always with a Roland guitar amp, it has an excellent selection of COSM sounds. With the Roland CUBE Street EX, you can select different power modes. Ideal if you need this portable amplifier to last a bit longer. Up to twenty hours of life. Another neat feature is the ability to link it with another street cube. It is also compatible with the Roland i-CUBE LINK software.
PORTABLE BUSKING AMPLIFIER WITH A MASSIVE RANGE OF FEATURES.
Once again Roland is the benchmark in offering quality and value. The Roland CUBE Street EX has an updated circuitry that delivers bags of clean headroom. Not something that can usually be said of a portable battery amplifier. Adjust between three power settings of ten, twenty-five, and fifty watts. It also includes a power supply though should you need it. You now get four separate channels. You also have combination jack sockets that support both XLR and standard guitar jacks. It even includes a stereo mini jack which also functions as the i-CUBE LINK.
GREAT GUITAR AMP TONES
The Roland CUBE Street EX features COSM. They are high-quality guitar amp tones that are easy to dial in and sound great. These include Clean, Crunch, and Clean. There is even an Acoustic Simulator. It also works well with an electro-acoustic guitar as it has an AC Preamp optimized for them. Some classic effects such as chorus, delay, and reverb are also built into this portable amplifier. A handy guitar tuner is built in too.
I-CUBE LINK FOR JAMMING AND RECORDING
The CUBE Street EX has some brilliant jamming and recording features that can be brought into action using the i-CUBE LINK. When you plug your iPad or iPhone into this special socket it works as a two-way connection. The Free Roland CUBE JAM software lets you play along with your iTunes library. It also lets you record. There are also loads of features to practice and jam here.
ROLAND CUBE STREET EX IS LIGHT, PORTABLE, AND STAND MOUNTABLE
Having a battery-powered portable amp that is big and heavy would be pointless. Thankfully the CUBE Street EX manages to have all these top features without paying a weight penalty. This means it is still a great portable amplifier to take out on the street. It also has that tough Roland construction. You also can stand to mount the Roland CUBE Street EX.
