THE YAMAHA LS6 ARE IN BROWN SUNBURST FEATURES A SOLID ENGLEMAN SPRUCE TOP

When you buy a Yamaha instrument you know it will be quality. They build some of the finest guitars around. The Yamaha LS6 ARE with its Brown Sunburst finish is a classic example of this. Featuring A.R.E. technology and a modified bracing design it also has a built in pickup. A.R.E. stands for Acoustic Resonance Enhancement. Yamaha carefully reform the wood using temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure. It lets the Solid Engleman Spruce top deliver into an instrument that sounds like it has been played for years. The back and sides have been created using laminated Rosewood. Work has been put in to delivering a highly comfortable neck profile too. Everything from strings spacing and height, binding and taper have been considered. It gives the Yamaha LS6 ARE a very comfortable neck design. The neck neck has been created using five ply rosewood and mahogany. This makes it strong and stable. Despite the LS16ARE featuring a smaller body it still delivers big sounds. It is precise and delicate too though. It is an excellent body shape for finger style guitarists.

ZERO IMPACT PICKUP.

There are some excellent extra features that come with this acoustic guitar. For a start it comes with a Zero Impact pickup. This is a passive design that you don’t notice is there unless you really look for it. That advantage is that it doesn’t detract from the acoustic properties of this Yamaha LS6 ARE. No extra holes have been created for a preamp. Also, a great hardshell case is included. It makes this steel string acoustic guitar one of the best value instruments for the money.
